How it works

Purchase a Fat Shark Dominator and/or Avatar VTX. When you receive your order, keep your packaging. Set up your drone, then get out and rip! Shred some freestyle, race some gates, powerloop everything! If you decide this HD system isn't for you, send an email to support@rotorriot.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the subject line. We’ll email you a return label. Pack up your items in the original packaging and include this form filled out with your information. Send it back to us. Once we receive your package, we will issue your refund within 5 days.

Terms

Order must be placed before Dec 1, 2022. Returns must be requested by email within 30 days of receiving the order. Limit 1 goggle, 1 VTX, and 1 antenna set return per customer. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receiving your return package.

Can I return goggles purchased from another retailer?

No, this promotion is only available for orders placed at rotorriot.com

Do I need to use a coupon code or add anything special to my cart when ordering?

Nope! Just place your order as normal. As long as it’s placed on or before Nov 30, 2022, your Dominator headset and Avatar VTX are qualified for this guarantee.

Is there a limit to how many goggles and transmitters I can return under this guarantee?
Limit 1 headset and 1 VTX per customer can be returned as part of this promotion.

If I order more than just the goggles and VTX, can I return everything?

No, this guarantee only covers the products listed above. Anything else purchased within the same order will be subject to our standard return policy.

If I make the return, do I have to pay for return shipping?

Within the US, we will cover your return shipping cost and send you a return label. Outside of the US, you will need to purchase your own shipping label.

What condition do the products have to be in to make the return?

You can return the Fat Shark Dominator headset and Avatar VTX in used working condition. Normal signs of wear and tear are okay. Please do not intentionally make permanent modifications to the products.

If I buy a Rotor Riot drone with the Avatar VTX, could I still return the VTX?

You’re not able to return the entire drone, but you can remove Avatar VTX from your drone and return it to us to get a refund for the full value of the Avatar VTX. If you are not comfortable working on your drone, you can send the whole drone back to us to have the VTX removed or changed to another option. There would be a charge for this service.

Return Instructions

  1. Email support@rotorriot.com within 30 days of receiving order and include your order number in the subject line.
  2. Print and complete the form found here, and include it in your return package. This is the only way we will be able to pair your return package with your order and issue you a refund.
  3. Package your returned products in the original packaging and place the UPS label on your package. Drop off at a UPS drop.
