Start with just your problem and let our team guide the conversation

Drones can be very difficult but our team is well versed in solving problems. Once we know the core issue we can guide you through the shortest path to getting it solved.

If you have questions about an order you placed make sure you have your order number handy

The first question we usually ask is "Can I have your order number?" This is so we can quickly learn a lot about your product(s) and specific needs based on your order(s). It also allows us to be able to make any necessary adjustments to your order.

A picture is worth a thousand words but a video is 10 times better

In addition to describing your issue, including pictures can help us more fully understand what you mean. A video is even better because we can see the whole process in action and more quickly identify any issues from both the sights and sounds of your specific setup.
