One of the batteries drained to a single cell when I went to plug it in.

I purchased three batteries of which one of them only shows 1 cell available to charge. I’ve never experienced this before. The other two seem perfectly fine. I went to charge up all three batteries to use the same day and one only shows 1 cell functional. No damage to the battery so I’m not sure what the issue was. I didn’t feel like complaining I just figured I wouldn’t order from here again.
