After putting in a sizeable order including a "ready to ship" drone, I was left in the dark waiting for over a month with zero updates. When I'd had enough I decided to reach out to see what the hold up was... customer service informed me that they were waiting for 3-D printed parts... for over a month, (send me the damn file and I'll print it if that's the hold up) with no updates, the customer support is just awful, instead of trying to remedy the situation they offered to just cancel the order after wasting over a month of my time... Extremely unprofessional overall and the worst experience since getting into the hobby. I should have listened to the other multitude of bad reviews...
