Wrong drone

Still waiting on the right drone to be shipped, got sent the wrong rtf kit that cost 140$ in duties. Still waiting for the right one! Then I can do a review.

Very unstable, does not seem like a “beginner” drone

My experience so far has been frustrating. The drone does not appear to be flying like you see in all the review videos at all. It will not maintain a constant position and has a lot of drift in pitch and roll. Adjusting trim does not have any effect, neither does recalibrating the transmitter. To add to the difficulty the throttle is super sensitive so it is impossible (at least for me) to compensate for all the instability without either launching the drone into the ceiling or dropping it to the ground. It usually ends up spiraling into a wall.

I am a beginner so I’m open to the possibility that it’s me. I’ve put in quite a lot of time practicing on Liftoff Micro Drones though. The tinyhawk III Plus in the simulator does not behave nearly as erratically as my real-life drone does even in full acro mode.

I love my tinyhawk lll from Rotor Riot can’t wait to upgrade to something bigger just not in my budget yet so this will do plenty of power and speed just make sure you get more battery’s and a bigger charger so you can make the fun last longer
