Terrible

Worse Drone Kit I've had. After one flight the quad started fast flash all kinds of lights. I wasted so much time and energy researching all the different issues and how to fix them on betaflight and nothing worked.

Terrible customer service

I bought this drone three to four weeks ago. I’ve had some trouble with it freaking out on me. I know that they are pretty technical so I’ve been trying to call rotor riot for weeks to get some technical support. All I’ve gotten is an answering machine to which I left messages and haven’t gotten any replies. I want to believe in these guys but they haven’t shown me any reason to.

Honestly I love it and the equipment but I'm having a hard time with it still.... One I can only connect it to my android as I'm still waiting for computer to come in and I see the app or the tuning to the quad isn't right and not sure how to fix that also I can't fit the life of me get the controller to be read as a hid joystick and have extensively researched and tried everything and an unable to practice on a simulator... I've had a few questions as I'm a total beginner and not sure we're to ask but regardless I'm happy with the product and love it all I just need to learn more and find how and we're to answer my questions.....
