TANQ 2 5" Built & Tuned Drone - 6S

This prebuild is very tough. Its my very first drone and I don't know if any other drone would survive what i put this thing through during my first few flights. FPV quality is very impressive also.

It's been a blast to fly, easy to get started, and already proven to be very durable! It gets a lot of attention at the field!

Absolutely do not order any of their pre-built quads specifically the Tanq 2. You’ll get stuck with one that hardly flies then once you contact their support email they just blow you off like they never seen the 3 emails you sent. Lesson learned the hard way I will be sure to spread the word.

I am new to FPV having started with my very first drone the DJI AVATA2 about two months ago. I was watching tutorials and videos on set up and configuration and flying tips or whatever and I saw freestyle quads, and the things that these pilots were doing with them and of course, loving it already and I watched rampage and I watched some of the guys talking about their custom design drones and I decided that the TANQ S would be the perfect drone for me while learning because it is built to withstand a beating from everything I saw and read unfortunately, that model is not in stock, so instead of waiting for that I decided to buy the Tanq 2 5” RTF with the DJI O3HD system. I got it bound, which was quite easy actually and took it to fly it, but it was getting dark so I chickened out not knowing whether or not I could just literally bind it and fly it and I started worrying about how the buttons are gonna be programmed and things like that so I took it back home and was watching videos on that, and the next morning I was about to plug-in to beta flight and make sure my DJI remote buttons were correctly programmed for start and stop and things like that, but I kind of got impatient, so I took it out and just decided to try and fly. It turns out that it truly was perfectly tuned to literally strap a battery on it plug it in, bind it and takeoff and fly. The start stop button works, the normal mode, sport mode, manual switch works already right out of the box. I had no idea how much more fun and agile and powerful and insanely better handling a standard freestyle quad could be over my Avata 2. I’m still glad that I learned acro on the Avata 2, and the only regret I have is that I did not buy this drone sooner and that I didn’t go ahead and buy more than three batteries because it is absolutely amazingly fun to fly. I am so overly impressed and truly blown away with how this drone flies. I am a complete noob and I don’t have much basis for comparison, but I think that any pilot at anything between experienced beginner to almost professional would absolutely love this drone. If you’re new to the hobby or maybe experienced in the hobby and want to take the next step or you’re just wondering is this drone really worth it? Is it really that much better? The answer to all of those questions is absolutely yes, you should run out and buy one as fast as you can and buy lots of batteries because, they don’t last long and it is the most fun I’ve had in quite a while. Overall design is very impressive and very well done and I can’t say enough good things about it. Buy one now! I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed.

Great drone. What it looses in weight it gains in strength. I have crashed into trees a cupple of times and it is still holding up strong.

For those that might be a little hesitant to try that new trick or fly that new gap. This is your drone.
