I really like this controller. It’s feels great in your hands and is well designed. I like the Rotor Riot touch to it, it’s definitely unique. It costs a little more than a standard tx16s mark 2 max from the radiomaster store, but Rotor Riot has lots of great sales, so you can often find it for cheaper. For me it was between this controller and the DJI controller 2. I game off the ps5, so I figured a smaller form factor might be easier for me since my hands are on the smaller side. It’s definitely bigger, but it’s not as bad as I expected. I’m a thumber, I ended up getting mushroom caps for it which really made it more comfortable for me. There is a little bit of a learning curve with all the menus and options with this controller, but there’s lots of information on the web to help. I would recommend.
Amazing TX, especially with the RR CNC custom Aluminum Gimbals. Always a hit with other pilots when I take it out of the Field Bag. Love the performance with the Ranger ELRS module on the back, max power for my 7”long range, and lower it down to conserve battery for my 5” Acro build it’s an amazing TX
The second I saw that Rotor Riot made a TX16S Max with custom AG01 gimbals and style! This was an upgrade from a previous remote I ordered but changed my mind, it was fast and easy to get the difference paid and my remote in my hands in a few days! Top notch customer service and quality of builds on drones and other gear!
