Very Responsive

Rotorriot accepted my complaint about an empty box and issued me return instructions. They have also sent out a replacement. This is all during and after hurricane Milton.

Empty Box

Mine arrived in a box that had everything inside EXCEPT the board and camera. Weird. There was no evidence of tampering, and the box shrink wrap appeared good. Rotorriot is working with me to resolve this. I think they got it this way from the factory.

Died after 2 flights

I had a great couple flights, was ready to leave a good review... I went to tighten a mounting nut with tweezers and just barely bumped an SMD cap causing it to fall off. Somehow this rendered the whole vtx dysfunctional and I no longer get any indication of life.
