As we speak I am attempting to figure out what is wrong with my drone. And I don't really have any resources to help me out. Ie how to determine what is wrong. Second in the process of trying to figure out what is wrong I've realized whoever assembled my escape and flight control configuration messed up big time with one nut missing and the other three nuts either stripped or tighted too far. Third thing is getting ahold of customer service to try and find some kind of user guide

I recently purchased this ready-to-fly drone, which at first flew great. However, now the drone is in standby mode and will not arm. Would you have any suggestions to get it back in the air?
